Debbie Lou Ludolph began work with MMC in Hong Kong (2013), and joined the leadership teams in Minneapolis (2014) and San Francisco (2015). At Waterloo Lutheran Seminary in Ontario, Canada, Debbie Lou provides opportunities to build bridges across faiths and cultures through singing: in courses, in Inshallah (WLS community choir), on study trips (Palestine/Israel; Germany; First Nations), and at interfaith and ecumenical community events. As Director of Worship Ministries for the Eastern Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada, Debbie Lou crafts synodical worship and advises local congregations on worship and music practice and resources.
