We're excited to join the Lower Merrimack Valley Collaborative for an intergenerational workshop exploring the practice of paperless (aural/oral tradition) singing, basic leadership skills in this style, and modeling how paperless music can be integrated into scripture reading and storytelling. Zachary Stephens-Walter and Paul Vasile will lead the group in participatory learning, and present paperless songs and leadership practices you can share in your community.
We'll begin with a community lunch and spend an energizing afternoon of singing and learning. View the schedule and REGISTER HERE!
Paul and Zachary will also offer musical leadership at congregations within the Lower Merrimack Valley Collaborative on Sunday, March 8.
Music That Makes Community encourages and support practices of communal singing and learning. Watch this short video to learn about the unique work we're doing around the United States and Canada.
Individual Registration Fee: $25
Free for LMVC parish members with promo code
Meals, refreshments, and workshop materials are included in the cost. Childcare will be provided for infants and younger children; older children and young adults are warmly welcomed to sing with us.
