We are thrilled to be partnering with Union Theological Seminary in New York City to offer an afternoon Workshop in Paperless Song Leading.

Join Music that Makes Community presenters Charlotte Moroz, Zach Walter and Chanda Rule to explore a practice of song leading inspired by oral traditions and grounded in a theology of welcome.

This workshop is being generously sponsored by Union Theological Seminary and is free for Union students and faculty. Non-students are welcome to participate for a suggestion donation of $25. A light lunch will be provided.

Please note that as part of an ongoing project to document the practice of paperless song leading that has been developed by the Music that Makes Community network and share it with a wider audience, there will be a small film crew present at this event. Footage will be used in an educational and promotional context by MMC, and may be featured in a public way online. We're working to have a way for people who don't want to be captured on video to participate by sitting in a part of the room out of view of the camera, but can't guarantee yet that it will be possible. If you have questions please contact MMC Executive Director Rachel Kroh at [email protected].
