Clare (who also answers to Cal) is a queer nonbinary Anglican priest and musician living, working, and loving in unceded Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, and səlilwətaʔɬ land in so-called British Columbia. Clare is also affiliated with the Inayati Sufi community in Vancouver and the wider Pacific Northwest, and has been sharing music as a mutrib among them since 2017. As well as Celtic harp, Clare also plays mandolin, ukulele, Appalachian dulcimer, and Persian tar, which they are studying with Vancouver-based teacher Pouya Motamedi.
